The Monarch, and Head of State of the Crown of Vassland
The Kone serves as the Head of State within the Crown of Vassland. The Kone is not an absolute monarch, and is an office defined by the constitution. The kone provides stability and progress for Vassland. The Kone acts as Vassland's highest representative abroad, and in most cases, may sign international treaties. Additonally, the Kone is a record-keeper and interpreter of the constitution.
The Kone appoints the Chief Justice while vacant, and has the power to dismiss the Chief Justice. The Kone call also bestow awards, and maintains full control over Vassland during declared emergency rule, or a transitional period.
The Kone may propose legislation, and maintains a single vote in parliament, acting as an equal voice of discussion. The Kone ratifies all parliamentary acts into law.
The Crown is currently held by the House of Flahersko. The House of Flahersko serves the natural environment and people of Vassland, as a force of continuous legitimacy.
