The Judicial Branch is an independent pillar of the State. It is tasked with the interpretation of law, the resolution of disputes, and the enforcement of justice throughout the administrative bounds of the Vassland.
The Court is authorized to review all legislative acts to ensure they align with the supreme law of the land.
The Court must ensure that all state actions uphold our commitment to conservationism and stewardship of our natural world for the future.
The High Court is led by the Chief Justice, who is appointed by the Kone. The Chief Justice holds supreme authority over the administration of justice within the realm.
In accordance with Title IV and IX of the Constitution, every person under the jurisdiction of the Crown is entitled to a free and fair trial and equal treatment before the law.
